Marta Gonzalez-Mesones is a Business Administration and Management graduate from ICADE. After starting at McKinsey & Co., she joined Unilever in 2007, holding marketing and sales roles in Spain and internationally. In 2019 she returned from Unilever UK to lead the Food Business and join the Spain Executive Committee. In July 2022 she became General Manager of Unilever Spain and, since January 2025, Head of CD 1 Unilever Europe. She sits on Promarca Board and participates in AME, AECOC and IESE F&B advisory bodies.
